Meet Mrs. Hipp
I have been a 4th grade teacher since 2012.  I became an Esko Eskomo in 2007 as a third grade teacher. Prior to being an Eskomo, I taught in the Prior Lake-Savage school district for seven years. I was a 6th grade teacher, a 5th grade teacher, and a Special Education teacher that specialized in teaching students with autism. I received my undergraduate degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN. In 2006, I received my Master's of Arts in Education degree from Saint Mary's University.

Beyond my love of learning, I enjoy spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors, gardening, bee keeping, and doing home improvement projects. I LOVE to learn and try new things.  One of the many reasons we love the northland was to be closer to my hometown of Ely and to share with my sons the many joys of the outdoors through camping, hiking, and canoeing.
